Dr. Chapla has an extensive waiting list and her practice is full at this time. However, please know that one of the greatest challenges she faces is turning you away when she would love to offer you her help.

If you have seen Dr. Chapla in the past, please use the message to let her know. If you are new to Dr. Chapla please let her know how you found her. By clicking on the link and filling out the form you will automatically be placed on her waitlist.

While she would love to contact each one of you personally, it simply is not feasible given the demands on her time. Occasionally, you may have the wonderful easter egg experience of having Dr. Chapla reach out to you months after you have contacted her. She prefers to use email, so keep an eye out, and whenever you get back to her is the right time.

Do not include private health information in this contact request. Once established, patients will be able to use a more secure messaging system to communicate sensitive data.
